What we cannot help with

We cannot review your loan, quote a rate, tell you whether to accept an offer, negotiate with a lender or servicer on your behalf, or advise on a dispute. We are a publisher, not a lender, broker, adviser or law firm, and answering those questions would be all four.

For personal guidance, a non-profit credit counselling agency is a better first call than any website, including this one.
